Navrachna Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development is an incubation centre, Promoted by I.T.S. Engineering College focused on promoting innovation, incubation, and entrepreneurship among students, faculty, researchers, and young startup founders.

It serves as a platform where ideas are transformed into real businesses by supporting entrepreneurs in the commercial exploitation of their technologies and innovations. The foundation helps startups move from concept to execution by providing mentorship, prototyping support, funding guidance, networking opportunities, and access to investors.

Logo Description

The logo should represent: 

  • Innovation and creativity
  • Startup culture and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Technology and research-driven development
  • Collaboration, mentorship, and growth
  • Impact on society and economic development
  • ⁠The logo should include the namescript for ITSEC – NFED
 

The design should be modern, professional, impactful, and visionary, symbolizing a place where ideas are nurtured and transformed into successful ventures.

Terms and Conditions

  • All submitted designs must be original and created by the participant(s). Any form of plagiarism or copyright infringement will lead to immediate disqualification.
  • The selected/winning logo will become the exclusive property of the Incubation Centre, and the Incubation Centre will hold full rights to use, modify, reproduce, and display the logo for official purposes.
  • Participants must ensure that their submission does not violate any intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to modify or adapt the selected logo to meet branding requirements.
  • The decision of the evaluation committee/jury will be final and binding, and no objections or claims will be entertained.
  • Incomplete submissions or entries not adhering to the specified guidelines and formats will be rejected.
  • Every participant is allowed to submit a maximum of 1 entries.
  • The organizers reserve the right to cancel, extend, or modify the competition timeline or rules at any stage without prior notice.
  • By participating in the competition, participants agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
  • The Incubation Centre will not be responsible for any technical issues, delays, or loss of submissions during the process.

Technical Parameters

  • Participants should upload the logo in JPEG, PNG, PDF and CDR format only.
  • A specification sheet containing graphical construction of the design in exact proportions in a larger size, along with the final design, theme synopsis, and concept, is required to be submitted.
  • All technical details, including file formats, can be structured in the sheet itself. The size of the final design may vary from 4 × 4 cm to 6 × 6 cm.
  • (Note: The logo need not be square. No specific geometrical shape is prescribed. The dimensions above indicate only the minimum and maximum frame sizes of usage.)
  • The logo should be in high resolution with a minimum of 300 DPI.
  • The logo should be designed on a digital platform only.
  • The logo should be usable on websites and social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook, and on printed materials such as black and white press releases, stationery, and signage.
  • Participants should not imprint or watermark the logo design.
  • Every entry must be accompanied by a brief write-up or explanation of a maximum of 250 words. This write-up should also be uploaded, preferably in PDF format.
  • Participants must keep the native/editable/open file format ready for follow-up submission if necessary. During the course of evaluation, participants may be asked to resubmit their entry in different sizes or formats.

Selection Process

  • All entries received will be assessed for awards by a Screening Committee for initial evaluation. After screening, all approved entries will be assessed by a Selection Committee for final evaluation.
  • Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity, originality, composition, technical excellence, simplicity, artistic merit, visual impact, and how effectively they communicate the intended message of the logo.
  • The decision of the Selection Committee will be final and binding on all participants, and no clarifications regarding the decisions will be provided.
